dont get jacked

This goes out to everyone ...... nobody is safe from being ripped off I don't care where you live or what kind of protection you have on your car.
If a thief wants your stuff bad enough they will get it.
first off if you have after market or stock wheels you have to have locks on them or they will get jacked from some a**hole... dont leave the lock key in the car also.
next alarm the factory alarm is nice cus it works and its a very clean install, BUT is it really enough protection???? NOPE your car can be broke in to and even driven away by someone who knows subarus and where to make the proper connections to bypass the systems...
If you have a accessport you can disable the ECU and it wont drive which is cool but that wont save anything they can grab quickly.
all i can say is you have to really think about howmuch your car and contents are worth to you and protect it any way possible.
also remember alot of thieves come to nice neighborhoods to jack high dollar stuff
if you have work done at stereo places that seem shady but give you a great deal, use a p.o box as your address. you would be amazed how many thieves work installing alarm and stereos.

you can always remove all the aftermarket stuff from your car.

well, then there's the case of the one BBS rim that was jacked at SJSU. that's just crazy.
