Video in first post is at the CHP Academy in West Sac. They USED to give one wicked cool public demo every year at the "Cops n Rodders" car show there...unfortunately that show went away a few years back 
Kyle : with the right tweaks (hint : the cop versions of the Crown Vic and the old Caprice receive most of those tweaks from the factory) those old copcars handle quite a bit better than you think. Things like better swaybars, beefier springs, and Bilstein shocks (OEM) work miracles over the "Grandmama special" suspension in most of the Civilian versions of those cars
