decreased task oriented behavior is not the case of all people individuals either. Studies have shown that when in an productive enviroment one may actually have opposite effects and have the ability to focus more on the subject at hand. this case has been founded in everything from composing music, to video gaming, to wood working projects, all the way as far as to some peoples school studies.

In my case Personally when i smoked I would find it much easier to clean the house and do other house chores. as a matter of fact prior to me quitting becuase of my wife joining the police department she would be happy when i smoked cuz she knew **** would get done around the house.

Now are we talking hallucinate in a dreaming sense becuase then i would agree. however a dream is a hallucination whther or not toxic substances were involved. as far as having a "trip" goes i disagree. I have never heard nor read any cases or marijuana use (that wasnt laced) of there being thoughts of hallucination. The amount of THC one would have to consume or intake is beyond the human threshhold for the substance.

and were these hallucination really hallucinations or extreme forms of paranoia. that is the whole argument with marijuana is that right there. is it true hallucinations or extreme paranoia. Vaporizers, a insturment used to smoke pot, are actually only burning the thc in the marijuana and that is the closest you can get to smoke pure thc. I cant say I am 100% sure that you cant hallucinate but i am saying there needs to be a defined definition of it and i would like to see some documented cases saying that people have taken such concentrated amounts they hallucinated.

well that and whether or not it is an addictive substance, which is a whole nother subject to get on to... if your curious of my stand point i also say no to that.

Though i would like to state now before we get to much further I am not a "pot hippie" i have done my research though and understand it well. I dont think it should be fully legalized, however i believe it should be avaliable for "medical purposes" as vague as a topic as that can be. If maybe it were to be legalized it should follow the same parameters as alcohol. however i dont think you should be able to drive with any level in your system, like you can with alcohol.

however they would not be able to administer a field sobriety test for this based on the length of time THC stays in your system due to the lipid adhesion characteristics it has. it has very low water solubility so even if you smoked weeks ago. if you got pulled over you would still test positive if given a test. so hwo could they tell whether you were under the influence or not.

anyway thats a whole other subject.

Have you personally ever hallucinated from marijuana?

my guess is that you have never tried it.

but since the school books say so, it must be true!

Here is one other internet expert opinion, which is probably more accurate that what was being published in high school chemistry books in the 70's

"One thing that most of these drugs do not do, despite the ingrained usage of the term hallucinogen, is to cause hallucination.

Hallucinations, strictly speaking, are perceptions that have no basis in reality, but that appear entirely realistic. A typical "hallucination" induced by a psychedelic drug is more accurately described as a modification of regular perception, and the subject is usually quite aware of the illusory and personal nature of their perceptions.

Deliriants, such as diphenhydramine and atropine, may cause hallucinations in the proper sense."

Spot the person who's never been a pothead....I win, it's flatline.

There are no pot hallucinations without pre-existing mental conditions.

i used to smoke a ridiculous amount of marijuana in high school with many friends and still occasionally smoke to this day.

i have never seen or heard of anyone hallucinate off weed. even though textbooks, articles, ect...tell you that THC will cause hallucinations, I think you would probably die before your body consumes enough THC to start seeing things.
