As for "putting you on blast" (try and use big boy terms at some point) you are the squeaky wheel, thus you get the most prodding. Mostly because it's too easy to make fun of your responses. so many angles on could take on it. Bad grammar, linguistic skills of someone 1/3 your age, whining more than most high school girls.

I got pulled over 4 times in the same area as Matt in Ford Ord. I was in my lowered Civic and they kinda made up reasons for pulling me over.
One was for my exhaust being "too loud" (My stock STi exhaust is louder than my Civic), one was my license plate light was "too dim", one was for being "too low" and the last one was for my break light being out. All warnings.
Also got 2 tickets for going 75 in a 65 but I got the points removed in traffic school and I bought a Valentine One
