Do you experience a little front end bounce?

I have H&R springs on an 02 WRX sedan with agx's. Looks awsome ride is so/so. It's firm cause I have them set on 3's front and rear. If I put the front on 2's it's more bouncy.

Used to have Cusco Zero 2r's, but they were to much for city riding as well as my needs since I only track like once a year!

Any feedback you with H&R spring owners as well as other Spring set-ups would be helpful!

thanks

I've got the exact same setup, even down to the adjustment setting on 3, and I have also experienced an occasion or two of bounciness depending on the surface irregularities I'm driving on. I've never had them on 2, so it's good to know that they'll bounce more. Maybe it's time to jack the AGXs up to 4?

i used to have eibachs with kyb's, and if i put them 3/3 all around, they'd bounce all over the place. Put the rear at 3 or 4 would make it a bit better.

Pillowball,

What's your opinion with your set up. Do you like it?

I had the same set-up but with Prodrive springs. The ride was perfect, but don't look as good as the H&R springs. I guess it was a little compromise in ride vs. looks. H&R's have a little lower stance, but not slammed. Prodrives have a little more even drop with a slight forward rake. I think Subarus are meant to be slightly lower in the rear for handling purposes.

Maybe I'll put the prodrives back on and get fatter tires later to fill the wheel wells.

I've been running Eibach+AGX on my RS. It gets bouncy sometimes but thats also cause I have a Whiteline sport ALK to contribute to that. Most of the time I run mine 3F, 5R. Keep in mind the AGX's for older Imprezas are 4-way front 8-way rear. Sometimes I wish I had gotten P1 springs or some used coilovers.

I have SPT's + AGX's + STI topmounts on my '95. It's not "bouncy" until I set the front to 3+ and the rear to 5+. I usually use 2/4 for daily driving.

BTW, whats the spring rates on the H+R's? If I remember right, they are a bit soft.

I like the setup a lot, but I've never experienced anything else (besides the stock setup). The car corners well and I also like the lower stance.

I think that they're 196.25-204.1lbs front and the rears are 186.25-193.7lbs.
