$50 for a DAMN parking ticket!!! Yes, I know it's my fault for not moving it sooner, but still...I missed it by 10 FREAKIN minutes!!!

One of the many reasons to hate SF.
Fortunately When it happened to me, I was up there on business and the company saw fit to reimburse me for the cost of the parking ticket.

 

dpt sux, period. i went to santa cruz the other day and came back to my car to find a parking ticket. the kicker - i still had 12 minutes left on the meter. and according to the time i got the ticket, i had to of had around 22 minutes left when they wrote it!!

biatch who wrote it was in her scooter. she bolted when she saw me coming back to the car. regardless, i contested it.

 

First time I saw zoeb's new avatar I was in a trance for about 5 minutes.

damn, how'd you get 50 dollars for a parking fine?
I thought maximum they were around 25-30 dollars.
The most retarded parking ticket I ever got was near highway nine off the dirt where you can over look the city... I was with my other friend and two girls... the car was still on, key in ignition and engine running. The cop pulls over and gives me a parking ticket anyways!

 

I think they raised the fees fir the fines last month. It's getting ridiculous!

 

That's exactly the the city did. Nearly doubled the fines for all parking tickets.
