I derno if its just me, but i swear there are a crapload of Echos tat debadged their trunks. It wouldnt bother me too much cause it doesnt really matter but the other day i saw an Echo with a Subaru emblem on the middle of the trunk.
I mean like what the hell? From a distance it looked actually like a wingless wrx since i was just following it onna straight *** road, but as it turned I was like, WTF tats an echo! I cant believe the driver actually put that **** on there..i mean whered he get the emblem? hahah.

Is it just me? Anyone else see the Echobarus or debadged echos? haha.

Ha, yeah I saw some dingleberry in a black WRX wagon that had the 'Turbo' badge from a 911 pasted on the trunk. I feel bad for people like that when I realize that they made a conscious effort to look like a moron.

Turbo badge on a turbo'd car? The 911 Turbo badge looks ****, that's definitely a VW thing to slap it on, but seriously... the guy in the black wagon sportin the badge isn't a douche, he's just tryin to add a bit of unique flare.

Echo with sube badge on the other hand...

 

And havent you noticed how the 2002-2005 Toyota Camry rear end looks like that of the 05+ Legacy rear end.

I realized Echo looks very similar to wrx a long time ago. Back in 2002, I used to help out my parents run their small business after school/college. Next to my parents' shop, there was a mid 30s year old guy who was spending most of his time at his mother's beauti-shop. Everybody knew he was mentaly challenged. He looked normal from outside, but he seemed to have IQ of 10-12yrs old kid. One day, I parked my brand new 02 wrx (back in 2002) by the shop. That guy checked out my rex for hrs. He was appreciative of the car. No harm. So, I let him sit in it and answered some questions. Guess what? After a few days, he bought a brand new Echo. (He used to drive his mother's truck) I was like WTF.
