Was anyone a part of the complete stop of 580 today at about 3:30 or so? I was in the front with my friend when an unmarked explorer and white camaro came flyin by and started to do the thing where they swerve back and forth to slow down traffic. They kept slowing down until they stopped and CHP sherrifs just help flyin by the breakdown lane. I heard it was something to do with a car rolling onto the BART tracks or something? Anyone know what happened?
