they didnt use a flatbed, but they used the rollers for the back. im pretty sure they didnt drag it for 3 miles, otherwise id have a hell of a flat spot in my s03s. just my ebrake was on and that thing locks like hell. still though, im pissed about the whole thing. is there anything wrong with them using the rollers on the rear wheels? any suggestions for taking up a claim with the place, using any legal leverage etc... on a side note, this place had an employee award on the wall for "biggest bonehead" award for causing most damage to customer vehichles. comforting. the fact that i now know that the tower lied to me about my cars damage says more about these guys. i found a broken part of my bumper clip on the ground where i was parked once i got home..proof that the car was messed up on the spot, by the tower. anyways, sorry to **** on the thread. happy detailing everyone.

i was thinkin i find her parking spot, post up a no parking sign above it and have some kid report it to the towing company for me. probably not gonna happen. i think the lady is some lonely old peice of work. probably a shut in, therefore wont have a car. maybe some of the old p.o.s. in a flaming paper bag will do...
