^^ sage advice.

you could potentially really mess up this girls head. let's say you guys messed around a bit but and then you decide you dont want to commit. it could jack her permanently.

try thinking about how this could affect both of you

if she's younger, who cares....if her brother or his friends, or her dad goes after you, beat their ***.

yeah and potentially cause an unrepairable rift in this girls family...yeah great advice.

Her family is more important than this relationship and he should look at it this way even if in her youthful excitement she may forget. That is part of the burdon you bear when you get into relationships with young people.

yes your relationship does have to stand on it's own and sometimes families can get in the way of that. But coming into a relationship that way is dangerous.

I will say this....it is good to warn about other people's perspectives on this. Many people are gonna give you a hard time. Friends. Your family. Her family. Etc. It's very very difficult to have a successful relationship that lasts with someone in their age bracket when you are closing in on career and family mode. They have to be very special and you have to be very patient.

when I was 18 my girlfriend was 16 one time her and her parents got into a scuffle and she took off. i was at home when it happened and didn't know anything until th sheriffs dep. was at my front doorsaying that the parents we're pressing charges, they called it unconcensual sex with a minor. I convinced them to let me call the parents and everything was droppd but Girl= troubles, Young girl= Big troubles. I guess it depends on wheher or not your willing to run or go to jail for someone else.

happened to a dude in fremont a couple years back. I didn't know him directly but a bunch of my friends where really good friends with him.

He hooked up with this girl..asked her age and everything. She lied. They got down> She got busted. Her parents pressed charges. She wrote a note to her friends saying that she lied and he didn't know and it was her fault..etc...etc...etc.. her friends and her tried to get this dude off the hook. But the judge refused to admit the letter or let the girl testify against herself...something about no self incriminating evidence.....long story short. He got found guilty and sent away.

I'm not sure what happened with the appeals and what not but last I heard he got 3 years.

3 freaking years for consentual sex with mistaken age. Freakin rediculous. Now for the rest of his life he'll have to carry that burdon. With future work. Service. Etc.
