4 years man. I miss the laughs and the smart assed remarks. One of the reasons I smile when I see some of the old crew at a meet. Gone too soon like a few people. Just remember the fun(ny) stuff and it takes a little of the pain away bro.

I remember it still b/c it was right @ 3 months after Lil'One came into the world and a couple of us were joking the night before on whether or not I'd actually make it to the meet that night versus selling out and pleasing the new Mom w a Valentine's Dinner. Logged on around, what, like 4pm that day and this topic was the post I saw. Made the rest of the week suck knowing it happened.
