it was a ricer because he's running a chopped exhaust and two sets of wheels. Trendy within the ricer community to run a smaller wheel in the front to "look" like you drag it. Stupid really.




Now how do you know he reported it stolen? What's the story on this. Did the cops bust him or is he going to pull it off. People do it all the time.

 

They should ticket him for littering. I wonder if he could have fit anymore crap in that thing.

 

I heard the cops talking to each other as i budded in to ask the deal on the car.
Also only a RICER would try to DRIFT in a parking while it's wet out and fall off an enbankment and then call the cops to tell them his car was stolen so his parents would'nt find out. That was on a pier ,lucky for him he did'nt end up in the bay with the fish. Fish and Rice.
