razorlab, a friend of mine sideswiped a guardrail when he fell asleep at the wheel, Maybe he should sue Caltrans for putting up dangerous walls.

 

Haha serious... I was talking to this lady who was telling me about her friend that crashed his car "because of a cell phone" and how dangerous cell phones are!! He was driving his SUV and was on a twisty on-ramp (I think it was 237-->101N from what she was sayin) and his phone rang during the turn - he answered and the truck flipped. My response: "HOLY CRAP that is one powerful cell phone, that's it - I am leaving mine in the trunk from now on..."

Why can't people take responsibility for their actions? Oh right.... We're still in America. Right right.. I keep forgetting.

Thanks, fack-heeds, for making it impossible for anyone to NOT be treated like a criminal just because their car breaks.

PS: My thought is it's not the tire's fault, but the air inside the tire since it escaped so quickly. Find the gas station where you last inflated your tire and SUE THEIR AZZES!!

 

maybe we should just call our cars SUE-baru =)
