CV Joint Help

My sti is starting to "clunk" from the cv joints. Is there an upgrade replacement? best place to buy? any help is appreciated! thanks guys

How many miles on the axles?
How do you know its the axles?
I ask, because STi's are rather noisy cars.

OEM for sure. I just had to replace one of my rear axles due to cracked boot. 102K.

Im down for that, u think u can find out how much they are out the door at the dealer? i need them badly. already purchased the boots so its just the cv's i need

Boots are useless, the axle comes complete and the labor to replace the boots costs more than the axle... That's why you just replace the whole thing. I think it was $140 installed.
