I'll second the Dell DJ. I got the 20 GB version for Christmas and IMHO, it's much nicer than the majority of players. I even like the controls better, and the home button is really nice. I ripped all my MP3's with winamp a while back in anticipation of getting an MP3 player for Christmas. All the files dumped right onto the Dell DJ without any hassle or conversion. Just wanted to provide people with a great alternative to the venerable iPod.
