Why would we waste money feeding people and educating them, and THEN shooting them? Seems more efficient to just shoot 'em first, and keep the food/education money for ourselves.

Yeah, before he gets a chance to respond:

The Federal Assault Weapons Ban expired September 13, 2004, as part of the law's sunset provision.
But since technically he asked for any law that has changed, period, then yes it has changed... twice.

Again, I've said PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATIONS. As in ANYTHING before Obama, includes the 1950s and the FCC, guns not allowed in parks, etc.
