Crazy idiot driver being late!

At 7am, I head out the door to go to work. I warmed up my car like the usual and back out of the driveway.. In front of my house, there's a elementary school. Parents drop off their children, holding their hand as they cross the street. So I keep the speed limit, saw two parents getting ready to cross the road, there is this stupid ***** that's supposedly "late" for work, turns her hazards on, passes me on the wrong side of the road on a two-way street, at least 40mph. Parent and child was halfway cross the street and they had to get the hell out of dodge! There even were one of those volunteer people that hold up the stop sign as they cross. Last year, a 8 year old girl was killed while crossing the street. Her mom? Paralyzed for life. I get pulled over for driving 70 on a 55 and this *****lady gets a pass? I can only imagine what would've happened to this lady if there was a fictional day such as the movie "purge".
Similar thing happened in my son's school last year. I just dropped off my son & I got stuck in traffic (kids were crossing the street at crosswalk). All of a sudden I saw this MOTHAF@C#* passing the traffic w/ his GIGANTIC truck (no, not a pick up truck) on the opposite side!!! 
There was a double solid yellow line, too. He almost ran over some kids & turned left into another street after the crosswalk. As soon as I was clear through the traffic, I chased after him. It was a residential area, so it wasn't too hard to follow. He just pulled in into his driveway when I caught up. I confronted him. He said he just wanted to get home & traffic wasn't moving... 
He wasn't happy for what I said (yes, I swore at him), so he was going to get something in his garage to kick my @$$ (or so he said). I told him it was ok cause I got everything recorded (including our conversation) on my dash cam & I took off. 
I turned in the video to local PD office, but they wouldn't do $#it since they weren't at location when it happened.
Later on I talked to another parent who's an police officer but in different city... he happened to know the MOTHAF@C#* as his neighbor & gardener. 
The police officer parent was going to talk to him. :sad banana:I was going to post the video on local city website or YouTube, but I decided to wait & see...

It's sad that people have to be a-holes just for the convenience of themselves, if everybody drove like they were late for work or wanting to get home during rush hour traffic after work, auto insurance companies would be out of business.. I hope once I have kids, they can invent flying carpets or something.. sad sad
