Seems high but...holy crap the interior is practically pristine and low mileage for age.

Missing half the intake set up and a few things inside. Bushings are prob all shot. Engine bay looks poo'd on. Small things, but still if the engine bay is like that, torque box filter is prob damn dirty.

So the stock exhaust (manifold and cat) are currently not installed on the car?
Correct. I have the stock parts and they will be sold with the car. It will not pass smog without them.
But its the sellers responsibility to have the car smogged when selling. What if I buy it, swap parts, and it does not pass for some other reason?
If your afraid, don't not buy this car. I just smog this car in November and it easily passed. I'm not gonna swap out my parts again, if the buyer isn't able to swap a header and a cat, this isn't the car for you.
You're asking 10k for an RS. I have a 02 WRX with a hybrid motor swap and I'd be lucky to get 10k and there is only 32k more miles on my car. By law its the sellers responsibility to have the car smogged at the time of sale/purchase.
True. Car is being picked up for 10k Saturday. I posted my car for sale on Sunday and by this morning I've already had 15 messages and I told each and every one of them, first come first serve.
Kbb lists your car for $3,600 as stock. Yes you have mods but you never get your money back from them.
