I have heard craftsman jack blowing up and stuff that's why I went for the costco jack. Just do the refund thing and make sure you tell them it didn't work so that they don't resell it to some foo

I thought about this but I pride myself in being a honest guy. I feel bad doing something like that...even if I do feel like I'm getting bent over by craftsman. It's obvious they are going farther and farther away from quality and more into cheap mass quantity sales. Freakin kmart and walmart and what not.

I don't think I'll ever buy another craftsman tool. More than likely I'll go with kobalt and other stuff like that and stick with the good stuff when I can afford it....like snap-on.

Bull crap broken jack. I think I'm gonna go to costco this weekend and see what they have.

I agree that it's not honest and I probably won't do it. If you want your money back that's they way to go and I doubt craftsmen will warrentee you on it. I have always thing that craftsman tools are really good.. well at least their sockets and wrenches.

we should get a head count on busted craftsman jacks in UNDER a Year. I'll make some phone calls and see what I can find out...there has to be a way to go around sears and strait to craftsman.

You need one of these. The DK13HLQ is drool-worthy.

This is the costco floor jack, except mine is all silver. And it is 2 ton rated.

Crapsman 3.5 ton jack FTW! Had no problems with mine. Alittle big to take places but it's sure worked great!

I think mine is a 3ton and I've never had any problems. Though Nat's probably used it as much as I have... haha

Costco return policy FTW. I just took back a vacuum cleaner after nearly 3 years and they gave me a store credit to buy a new one. No reciept, no box, just a dusty broken vacuum.

Exclamation

My Harbor Freight has been going strong for almost 3 years now. LOTS of jacking.
Looks like it's a hit and miss nowadays no matter what brand you buy.
