That crack is from crappy wheels. That's it. That or the sand blasting.

Either that or the folks doing the powdercoating are idiots and are operating and too high of temperatures.

The PC process doesn't NEED heat so high as too screw up the strength of a PROPERLY manufactured wheel.

technically you could powdercoat in your home oven.
