Umm, huh? The US will never get it? I suppose that means I was hallucinating when they used one of those to move me out of my apartment with 5 flights of stairs?

My grandma who unfortuantely is in a wheel chair and lives on the 2nd story of a building has been using it for 20+ years. I see it all the time when I go over her house.

yeah, my point was its usually a specialty thing that you see things like that.. but you never do see everyday delivery guys going about their job with one.

You wouldn't call being a moving man an everyday hauling kind of job?

Um, as cool as that "dolly" might be, (personally I could care less), Japan can keep it along with their school-girl panty vending machines, weird-*** fashion sense (ie. Shibuya district) where they can manage to be fobby without setting foot on a boat, and their subway gropers (chikan). Not to sound like an enthno-centric American *** (I'm Korean btw), I think it's ridiculous people get too caught up in the hyper-gadgety Asian trends like those tiny cell phones that require a stylus just to press the buttons.
