not sure what the roll switch is? wait...is that the circular connector that allows the wheel to rotate with all the electronics?
my cruise is out too....so I think that's it. I'm planning on getting a sparco wheel soon so I'm just waiting to re-wire everything.
I was actually on my way down to Ridgecrest for a Rally Sprint event....first time in a full rally prepped car (SRT-4)....it was sweeet.

yes that switch controls the ABS and Horn, its on the underside of your wheel. if the wheel has ever been off, it might have gotten broken, its very common to happen...good news is that you are changing the wheel, bad news is that switch is like $300 <----eeeeeek
