Hmm...that threat has been on the wire for a while now (syncookies and what not)...not too concerned, but good heads up.

Just make sure your router/firewall works haha!

thing is they found this out by simply running scans on servers.. and a scan which ran something like 40 packets per second caused MAJOR servers to drop.

when they investigated what happened they realized a very simple and light DoS to the tcp/ip stack caused the system to crash.

This is something that is new, this exact exploit has never been seen before.

friend works for http://www.outpost24.com/ which is a pretty intensive security company.

right click save as/save target as

or it may try to open it up in firefox which can cause problems sometimes.

I think that's Dutch, I could only make out a few words that were Swedish and Dutch sounds like someone speaking Swedish and German at the same time.

Weird though - when the guy is speaking English he sounds like a Swede... Haha.. I dunno then.
