Yeah, unfortunately roundy round is one of the few ways to actually make a living racing. Colin's hardly broke, i'd suspect, but he'd probably enjoy the high profile nature of nascar. For a little while.

Anyway, crashes are what the nascar fan wants to see, so Colin should be a big hit!

 

So he'll fit right into NASCAR.

He came in 6th in an ASCAR race a couple years ago.

 

I remember rumors about this last year... He must be somewhat serious if he's been talking about it for this long.

 

Does that mean I have to put a NASCAR sticker on my car and wear a hat with his number on it?

Wow, finally a reason to watch NASCAR.

 

that rumor came out almost a year ago but nothing came of it at that time. I think it would be a kick. why not. It's not like he's doing anything else right now 'cept Dakar. But since he's so good at crashing, maybe he should go into the movies as a stunt driver

Nissan dropped out of Dakar for next year, so he probably won't be doing that anymore (unless he finds another manufacturer).

 

what, having none of thier cars finish was maybe a wake up call that they weren't cut out for dakar? It's awfully hard to beat the pajero's right now, but just wait a year or two and then when Mitsu's out of business they can come back again.

 

well if he doesn't pan out there i'd like to see him in JGTC
