I go to It's a Grind. Sorry man, but Starbucks is pretty bad coffee. Peet's is pretty good, but still just okay. I'm a big fan of cold brewed coffee. If I'm drinking hot, I just brew some at home, Illy is pretty bomb.

starbucks inside safeway ususally.

coffee addiction. i honestly did not know that i was addicted to coffee. One morning i didnt have time to get a cup off starbucks so i just rushed to school and i have a huge headache. the next day, i purposely didnt get coffee to test if it was an addiction or just a random migraine. Turns out, i was addicted to coffee. I had TERRIBLE headaches multiples times throughout those two days. For my own health, i decided not to have coffee until i didnt get anymore migraines, which took 10 days, and now i am not dependent on them anymore.

My morning routine... get up, heat water, clean the press, grind 2 cups of french roasted coffee, brew the coffee in the press (according to the press I make about 10 cups). Wait a few minutes, at the same time get ready to make breakfast.

Pour coffee plus a little sugar in mug, mmmm. As I have the coffee, the rest of the coffee is still in the press continuing to brew. Press down, pour and continue to have stronger coffee.

Strong, warm, good coffee and have breakfast with my wife and two daughters every morning. That's the way to start a day.

I will say that much of my adult life has been crafted around making good coffee in the field. The best cup of coffee I've ever had in my life was in Ft. Lewis Washington in March. I had been rained on and cold for a week of sleeping in the woods and finally made a good cup. I was ready to go after that.

If you haven't heard of it and you're a camper look into a Jetboil. You can make french press coffee ANYWHERE with one and its super portable. A really good buy for anyone obsessed with gadgets, which I am.

OMG! Jetboil ****ing rocks. My stepdad and I pack two every time we go backpacking and let me tell you, I would pay 5 times what we payed for them if that were the price. Probably one of the single best things a backpacker can have, outside a pack and a tent.

Damn right, mine has been all over the world. I even splurged on the Camo cover just to stay tactical. Nothing pleases an Arab better than an American bearing hot tea. I'd pay $500 for one if that were the price. People in Thailand were utterly amazed by this thing. I was offered $20 bucks for it which there is like being offered half a year of someones salary.
