Coffee people: Where do you get your morning brew?

I'm too lame to go out and buy an espresso machine, I like chilling when I drink my coffee, in a nice atmosphere too.

Where do you guys go for your morning coffee?

I've been going to Nomad in Oakland (off of Shattuck)

Right on, I've gone to Cafe Trieste in Berkeley, which is pretty damn good (but expensive and there's always a long line and ****ty parking).

Cafe Roma in Berkeley isn't too overpriced but their coffee selection is pretty small, and again parking sucks.

I'm going to try Peaberry's coffee in Oakland off of College today. Anyone wanna have a coffee meet this morning? lol

This is very true... most of the bigger cities in the bay area suck for parking too though.

I make it in the office everyday, we get grounds from Costco and brew with bottled water.

Starbucks if I'm headed to work, cafe on campus if I'm headed to class. If I'm in downtown in late morning I'll go to Pete's.

My favorite place in SF is Tartine in the Mission: http://www.tartinebakery.com/

Where I get my every day beans though, Plantation Coffee Roastery in San Carlos - seriously nice people and some of the best coffee I have had. They roast it themselves, and it's very nicely priced. I grind/brew at home mostly. Use the French Press if I am feeling saucy.

Mokka on Telegraph

It's my cousin's place, but that doesn't bais me or change the fact that they have GREAT coffee and awesome sandwiches.

They are the ones that got me into roasting my own coffee. Talk about addiction.

Hmmm Mokka sounds promising, I live down the street from there too!

I just tried Peaberry's off of College and Broadway by the Bart. It had good reviews on google, but it's not even starbucks quality for a more than starbucks price.
