Clearing headlights

hey what's up everyone. I just converted from a 02 audi a4 1.8t quattro to a 2007 wrx wagon and I couldn't be happier especially with the power. I really don't like the headlights and i was hoping that someone would be nice enough to help me clear them because i do not trust myself. I live in pittsburg and i will be more then happy to pay for your gas and feed you. thanks everyone.

Yea it is really easy just make sure to use extra silicone because they will leak if you dont. I found that out the hard way.

if you guys say its easy enough, i guess its worth a shot. I was just reading the DIY thread and it looked pretty difficult. but i guess this will be a way that i can bond with my car. haha. thanks for the motivation to DIY.

-an in expensive $9 electric screw driver really makes the job faster and easier as theres lots of screws around the headlight that need to be taken off.

-be sure not to ever touch the inside of the clear plastic lense

-use masking tape around the bumper when your taking the headlight out to ensure you dont rub/scrape off paint

theres write ups all around. heat oven at a low temp... 150...200.... don't do the 400. give it another 4 min vs melting ur lights. and get some stuff to seal up the lights.

You might want to get some pistol grip clamps with rubber ends in case you have trouble pushing the lens and the housing back together. It's a worth while $20 investment.
