I just took my car into Carlsen this morning (for my whacked out turbo noises, and ungodly guttless-ness at 4500+ RPMs. They found a Bad EGT sensor, and my midpipe cat was nearly melted all the way closed! Yep, you read that right.....the inside of my cat was melted so badly it had closed the exhaust flow off from 3" down to about 1"!!!!! Carlsen took care of everything...all under warranty...no problems what so ever!
Kevin D. (ckevin ?) was the Service Guru who hooked me up! Just wanted to say THANK YOU to Kevin, and to the Service Tech. that worked on my car! I had my ride back before lunch time...and they even washed and vacuumed my car! You guys KICK A$$....my car feels like its a completely different car all together!
on that note.....all I have left to say is:

FYI - I dunno who Kevin D. is, but ckevin is Kevin Wong. Yep, Kevin Wong is a good guy and the whole team there is very reasonable and willing to help.

Yup, thanks to both Kevins. My experience there was great ever since I picked up my STi.

Oh crap, that reminds me, I was supposed to get my window seal fixed two months ago at Carlsen Subaru. Damn procrastination and summer school! o_O
