I think I care more about the lives they put at risk speeding down the highway than some dog.
Oh, and I love these two's slack jawed neutral facial expressions

My jaw was on the floor the whole time. I'm definitely getting my dog from the pound.

i think if i was the cop, i would of had them jump in my police car with the red and blue lights flashing and rush to the vet, to at least try to save the dog, but still give the owner a speeding ticket. just my $0.02

Not cool :/ The cop should have helped them with the dog. I agree he shouldnt have been speeding that fast but they should have helped him and not say its a dog get another one. :/

and to the other video i saw a bunch of this kind of stuff on an oprah show the other day and my heart dropped at all of it.

Omfg!! That video was just so ****ed up!! That is just so sad to hear them squealing like that..

I'd like to see someone stick those two guys in the box and do the same to them as they do to the dogs..

seriously, s*** like that pisses me off. I adopted my pit about 2 years ago and have been part of the ASPCA for the past year and have donated a bunch of money to stop bulls*** like this from happening. its sad

Driver is at fault for speeding but the Cop could've done something to help the dying pup. Maybe give a police escort or talk to the Vet on the phone to help administer procedure. Yeah it's only a dog...but.

I would have been ****ing pissed and would attempt to see what I could do legally to persue this. People speed like a bat out of hell when their wife is about to deliver a kid (yes I know a kid is alot more important, but a pet thats dying is also very important to myself.) so whats the big deal? The cop could have escorted them to the ER for animals. I would have said **** it and just kept speeding honestly because I wouldn't let my dog just die. I'll pay the damn fine or get arrested later but at least my dog would be alive.

That is a sad story, but the guy really shouldn't be putting other people's lives in danger. That cop was being a pig though.
