Looking for a place that does a good job, but has the lowest prices possible. If anyone know or can reccomend a spot, thanks.

 

Last time I checked when getting a paintjob, it is quality vs. price. It does depend what your having done though. If you are just getting a spoiler or something painted, a cheap paintjob may be perfectly fine. Comparatively, if having your entire car painted a cheap job will show. Maybe not for a few weeks, or even a few months, but it will.

 

Remember, you get what you pay for.

 

for the absolute lowest price i think your going to have to check out a Maaco shop or an Earl Shives (sp?). although i must warn you... most of the time they do almost no prep work. we once took a car to one just to get it painted so we could sell it and one of the shop guys told me to tape off some parts b/c they proabbly wouldn't do it and i would have a ton of overspray .

 

Ok thanks for advice. I am getting my hood and trunk deck painted MBP. I got an estimate at Miracle auto painting, and it was $900. I thought that was a little high, so I was looking to a cheaper option. Any good paint shops in the east bay? Thanks.

 

i know of a good place in hayward...very inexpensive....PM me for details.

 

Forgot to mention, I'm in the east bay, so somewhere close would be the best.
