I love how tough subies are, my brother-in-law T-Boned a nissan sentra at around 35 - 45 mph in his 08 2.5i hatch....long story short he had a broken headlight and cracked front bumper, the side of the nissan was pushed in and ended up being totaled LOL

for some reason that 880/Montague area is just a magnet for bad accidents. Earlier this week a tractor trailer flipped over right there. Last year a motorcyclist was killed.

It's odd, it's a straight part of the road, no major merges.

That sucks for all victims. Glad you're ok drftsub, sorry about the loss.

So the instigator dumbass lady who crashed everyone also swerved into another lane causes problem there too?

And this just demonstrates how moronic the "emergency swerve" is.

And WTF? The Altima BURST INTO FLAMES???? I thought that didn't happen since the days of the Pinto deathtrap.

I will be doing another wag project, I was literally about a month away for the sti engine ( has the rest of the drivetrain already ) . I think I may just go the wrx wag route at this point, I loved that the outback was different but to source all the rare parts again will suck.

anyone knows a wrx wag for sale on the cheap PM me, or possibly a forester.
thanks guys!

Thanks man, looks like I may be picking that one up. Upside is I won't have to do a BAR inspection for my motor swap

I was going over the overpass on Montague and saw the flames from that accident! Wow, glad that it was just her car that burned and nobody hurt or killed. Really sucks about the Subie though.

She must have been FLYING to do that much damage to your car through another car. That's nuts.
