This seems oddly redundant.

Everyone knows its way more fun to roll to a meet with a few other fellow enthusiast park our cars together etc.

I think you're overcomplicating it. Hes just looking for other like minded suby drivers to go to meets with regularly. A sticker or something would be for recognition since as of last year, there arent too many friendly waves. Too bad there isnt a scene like there was in the 90s where people met at In n Out in milipitas every fri/sat and then went off and did awesome things together /grin . I just dont have the time, the car or the will to meet up in the evening anymore.
And we have a sticker for recognition.
Some of those "awesome things" that people went out and did were illegal and did not bode well with law enforcement which is why those meets don't exist anymore.
The strongest meet we have is the Wednesday VaJayJay meet. It may seem boring to you, but we're still out there, shooting the ****.

Start a new meet. See if people show up. Those who like it will become regulars and then you will be winning.
