I can remember being SUPER intimidated at my first meets. I would just kinda stand there, not say anything and smoke LOTS of cigarets. It is tough being the new guy in a group of people who all know each other so well. I still feel that way sometimes as I don't know you all as well as some of you do. I never felt unwelcome or like I should not be there, just a little intimidated at first. Just kept showing up at meets and now know most of you guys by name or at least car. Lots of screen names are still a mystery though.
I seem to remember telling OneManArmy he looked like more of a greaser than an import guy at my first big meet.
Remember we are all in this together and keep your stick on the ice.
