Car boggs Intermittently, Please help! FIXED!

Hey BAIC, I've been searching all day but I can't any answer to help me out.

So i was driving to school today and as I was pulling away from a stop, my car started to bog down really really bad. I pulled over and started it again and it was fine until I pulled into a parking spot 2 minutes later. No CEL or anything. Went to class hoping by some miracle it would be gone, it was still there. My friend told me to unplug my MAF sensor to see if it was the culprit but it still bogged down.

As soon as I start the car (which would take about like 10+ turns of the crank) , it would be fine until a minute later where it would bog, sometimes it would even die, and if it doesn't die, it would go back to normal and repeat. I have no idea what it could be? I checked all hoses for vacuum leaks couldnt find anything. It's weird how it just happened out of nowhere, I havent changed anything on the car. Any help would be great. Thanks BAIC.
I wanna try to get a video up soon if that might help.

What, if any, recent work has been done to your auto?
How did you check for vacuum leaks?

I haven't touched anything engine wise for a long long time, other than an autostart I had installed awhile back.

I have a FMIC, I tried looking for leaks visually at couplers etc, but i know the right way is to use one of those smoke tester things.

It could be airflow or fuel related. If you tried unplugging the MAF and the car does the same thing, its unlikely that its airflow related. Do you have an underhood fuel filter? How many miles on the car?

I was thinking coilpacks too, I wanna swap them with a friends to see if it'll help.

I just have a stock fuel filter (not sure where that is), but I have 75k on the car. Should it be time to change it?

how is your cold start... ? is it steady or is there a periodic problem with that too...?

The underhood fuel filter was eliminated after 2005. The in-tank doesn't have a service interval. Doubtful that is the problem.

I do all my routine maintenance, except for the fuel filter. I just changed my plugs at 60k, and my cold starts seem to be fine.

Just noticed that when it starts to bog, the whine of the fuel pump goes away, and when it comes back, the car is fine. Im guessing signs of the fuel pump going out? any suggestions? relay? fuel pump itself?

Could be the fuel pump or the fuel pump controller. I would also check the in tank filter as I've seen that cause some problems on higher mileage cars.
