You're missing the point:

From this quote, you can determine that males were "discriminated" against; men were not afforded the same treatment as females simply because of their sex.

This is sexism.

But to be offended by it is a sign of douchebaggery.

Not to be on the guys side cus i find his lawsuits wrong.. but as for what Paul said about sexist why couldnt they have done hats for the guys? After all it was for breast cancer and men are not excluded from that there are just lest cases among the men. As for this guy though he just walks around to find the loop holes in everything to sue about it and i find that wrong.

I was kinda surprised to see this thread re-surface. But then I read that Alfred Gerard Rava, Esq. is up to his old tricks. Kinda funny that this time around he's messing w/ a snowsports resort. I guess he really wants me see just how slimy he is by jacking w/ one of my winter playgrounds.

Plus, it sucks that we need to draft yet another law just to combat sleazeballs who use our protections as citizens & consumers in such a twisted way.

He just needs to punch a baby in the face to sew up "Dirtbag of the Year" supremacy.

Seriously, how does this ****er still have his license? Isn't there a law against filing too many frivolous lawsuits.

Technically, a male cannot be discriminated at a bar that's having a ladies night promotion. I remember back in the halcyon days we'd have "skirt night" where you got in free if you wore a skirt. Legally we couldn't tell a male that came wearing a skirt that he couldn't get in for free since he was a dude and not a chick since that's prima facie gender discrimination.

Its a very weak and useless case to take to court, but hey that's what lawyers do.
