I quit for a new years resolution type of deal...and generally I quit every winter for snowboarding anyways.

But that one year for the resolution I lost 16 pounds in like 6 weeks or less.

I'll be doing it again soon as I get settled in at home and start eating out less.

I drink mad ice-T.

remember...if you are quiting drinking soda to help loose weight...don't replace it with extra juice because it's the same deal there. Way too many carbs and sugars.

my fat *** needs to do more than just stop drinking soda though.

You can lose some weight if you stop drinking sodas or juices cuz they have tons of carbohydrates. I lost about 10 lbs in 2 weeks just from cutting out sodas and juices.

Oh n000's! How much were you drinking? I'm scared now about having to push razorblades out of my cack.

I wouldn't worry too much. I guarantee excess of soda was not the only cause of his stones.

some people are just a little more likely to get them. A buddy of mine has had 5 last time I checked....used to live with the dude. I was there when he passed one. I thought he zipped his boys up or something...sounded like someone stabbed the poor guy.

Anyways...yeah...and this dude is one of those naturally ripped guys. insanely. And doesn't drink soda much if any at all on top of that.

So yeah....it's wise to take precausions but he's probably just predisposed to gettin stones and sadly it probably won't be his last (sorry).

I used to drink Coke and Pepsi, but my parents always buy and drink Diet Coke, so I grew fond of it, and now hate the taste of regular. I have about 1/day if that. I also like 7up and Cactus Cooler...

I dont need to loose weight, so why quit?

But ive gone for a couple months before without drinking any cafinated soda, didnt notice anything. I usually just drink some dr. pepper at fast food places, or with certain meals, but I mostly just go for gatorade and water otherwise.

However, I think im addicted to Nestle cut n' bake cookies
