I tryed quitting drinking soda and was fine but one day i had one can and i ended up buying a 64oz tub of coke from the gas station that day. I guess i was making up for lost time?

Yes. After getting kidney stones a few years ago, I had to quit. I was told that my overuse of soda was one of the reasons for the kidney stones. Now years later I’ve gone back to drinking them every other day.

i voted no.

a friend of mine got dared not to drink soda for a month, and he succedded. he did so well, he hasnt drank soda since he started the dare in september.

I try not to drink soda too often... unless I'm really tired and I want some caffiene, then I'll drink a coke... but usually I'll just take some caffiene pills, so that eliminates the need for the coke. On occasion I drink a sprite/Ginger ale when I have an upset stomach.

soda costs more than water..so..yeah no soda for me, and its bad for ur teeth..and urself, just drink water or juice. its really not that hard..just dont buy it.

I quit drinking soda for a few month, which is made harder due to the soda machines in all the break rooms at work. Now I only drink it in the mornings when I would have coffee instead. I put so much chocolate/sugar in my coffee it has to be worse for me than a glass of soda.

^ I can easily not drink soda, probably only drank the equivalent of a 2 liter in the past 3 months. Beer, now that's a different story.
