ps3 is cool if you dont want to play any games, xbox has a hd dvd drive you can buy........so.....xbox is wayyyyyyyyyy better

lol you are clearly not trying to promote PS3 using Motorstorm and F1 as examples! not to mention leaving GT5 out.

and you DONT need an HDTV to enjoy either system. My friend has a $2500 projector on a 100"+ wall that we play on at night...but in the day when its brighter, we play on his 27" TV from the 80's and its the same, just smaller. EDIT: that reads kinda dirty i know

I am sold on the ps3, even tho the L2 R2 "triggers" are failures. nothing some JB weld cant fix.

 

PS3 all the way... Now that its gotten really cheap and plus it comes in 80gb.. It has call of duty 4( free online game play), Skate, gt5, and assasins creed

 

PS3 SKATE RULES over 360 SKATE...mainly because of controller layout and analog sticks. Its just so much better.

i was on the same boat a few weeks back. I wanted the PS3 for the Blueray but went with the Xbox instead. The xbox live is awesome but it's not free. The deciding factor was the games. Xbox just had better shooter games (what I like) than PS3 even though it has GT5 in the wings... But xbox has that dreaded red ring of death. But I heard it's much more stable now with the new chipset.

I got that 2 game bundle with Forza 2 and Marvel Alliance. I have to say Forza 2 is almost as good as GT4, if not the same.

BTW, anyone here with GRAW2 or COD4 that want to join up some times?

 

try metal arms for xbox1 if you get a 360. that game is pretty long and fun.


i sold my ps3 for a 360. I had the ps3 since it came out and didn't own any games for it up to the point of sale, which was about a month ago. I already have a few games for 360.

also, if you plan on downloading alot of demos and stuff on your 360, you should consider an elite. They have good deals at costco on elite packages.
