SoCal Woman Allegedly Faked ID For Fake Breasts

HUNTINGTON BEACH (AP) ―


A woman accused of using a false identity to get breast implants and liposuction has surrendered to Huntington Beach police.

Lt. Gary Faust said 30-year-old Yvonne Pampellone turned herself in Tuesday and was released on $20,000 bail.

Police say Pampellone opened a line of credit in someone else's name in September and had the procedures performed at the Pacific Center For Plastic Surgery. The procedures were worth more than $12,000.

The Laguna Nigel woman faces charges of commercial burglary, grand theft and identity theft.

Defense attorney Paul Wallin said the facts will eventually show his client is not guilty.
