My mom is looking at getting a pre-owned Honda Civic and I was wondering if any of you have any experience with one dealership being better than another, or anyone in specific to talk to. (Such as Masood at SC Subaru)

I walked into Stevens Creek Honda about 6 years ago and was blown off and treated extremely poorly, but I am sure that was because of my age.

I am going to be doing 100% of the transactions with this car so I need someone who can cut to the chase and have me in and out with no bull****.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

well...the Honda in Milpitas treated me nice everytime i went there. Had a recall on my EK and they fixed it with no issues...plus no pressure when youre walking around the lot looking at cars

another bonus is that theres a toyota next door

but im talking about servicewise...not sure about sales...maybe go on Yelp and see?

I have had great experiences at Anderson Honda in Palo Alto. I bought a brand new 2003 Civic EX, a used '99 Saab, a brand new '09 Fit Sport and most recently an '05 Pilot EX-L from them. Absolutely great experiences all around which is not easy to say for a car dealer. If you go there, ask for George as he really helped us out with the Pilot and stuff.

We buy all our Hondas at Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale. In and out in about 30 minutes. I usually call him for a car I want and he gets it ready even overnight. Look for Tom Ho. I've bought about 6 cars from him.
