Can anyone recommend a good auto glass repair place?
So, my car was broken into through the passenger side on my RS while I was at work (I work in downtown Oakland off Telegraph and park in the street). Anyway, I'll spare you guys the details.
There was an auto glass place I was dealing with earlier today, but they haven't gotten back to me on sourcing the glass for that door and the rubber seal (a$$holes crooks ripped a fat hole on it) from a dealership. So in the meantime in case there's a better alternative company to go with. Can anyone recommend a place nearby San Leandro? Preferrebly San Leandro (duh), Hayward, Union City, Castro Valley, Pleasanton, or maybe even Fremont. I'd prefer to not drive around too far with a broken window. Any help is appreciated. TIA. I wanna get this fixed ASAP so I can get back to work tomorrow since I had to take the day off to take care of this.

i used this guy in san jose who comes out to fremont. Don's Mobile. lemme try to find the number, but i think you can search baic for dons mobile or don's mobile to find it. he charged me about $150-$200 per OEM windshield. cheapest i have ever seen.

Gotdammit, yea, a stupid typo like that to f*ck up my day some more. Can the mods change the title? This is likely hurting the responses.

I ended up going with these guys when I looked it up on this board (yes, once again, search is your friend). I spoke with Elmer and he said they can fix the window later this afternoon and then the rubber window gasket early next week too when they order the part. So for now, having an actual passenger side window install on such short notice is awesome. I got the best price from him out of the ones my mom and I called up this morning.

whereever you go, do NOT go to All Star Glass in Santa Clara (El Camino Real). they...
- couldn't get the rubber strips/moulding back on correctly, requiring me to work with my insurance to FORCE them to rectify the issue
- created a multitude of scratches b/c they didn't shield the paint/body when they broke the remainder of the rear glass to get it out
- delivered my car with a flat tire, which could not be repaired and had to be replaced (S-03!!!)
