What about the initial check that has been mentioned? Did you send a check, that bounced, and is the reason one the accused kept your money order (to regain fees associated with your bad check)?

 

he didn't tell me anything bout the fee. if he did, i m more then welcome to cover the fee but like i said he didn't response to my pm, change his phone number, and stop coming on i-club. He could of just come on i-club for a couple of minute and tell me what is going on but he stop responding me after he got the money order. The check was good also it was a promotional check and there wasn't anything wrong with it. If he was trying to cash it at check into cash then it will bounce but if he did it through a bank it shouldn't have any problem

 

post a picture of the online statement with the indication of the bounced check. end of story.

 

NSF fee's are about 35-40 bucks a check. I can see why he used the MO to cover his loss on the bad check he cashed from you.
Why didn't you have funds to cover this check?

 

ya post that up cause i didn't even get anything on my account. i check it and nothing appear. So i want to know from his side and another thing is that if he needed more money to cover the NSF fee, y didn't he just ask me for extra funds, instead of acting sneaky behind my back and just take the money order money?

 

Because when someone sends you a bad check for $40 its kind of a dip**** move. Thus, making his dip**** move of taking your MO justified.

 

like i said he didn't tell me ANYTHING AT ALL, he told me jsut sent him the money again and he will mail it out and i told him fine i will no problem. I even pick up the phone call from him. If he tell me to cover for his lost due to the NSF fee, i would of said ok i will instead of run off with my MO

Newfan4322 wrote dude a bad check for 42 bucks for a subwoofer. So dude (sorry dont remember name), had newfan4322 send him a money order which he kept to cover his bank fees for the bounced check, and did not send the subwoofer which he then had to pack and move so he kept the remaining $7 assuming his Overdraft fee was the standard $35 for his troubles.

In summary newfan4322 should get a negative buyer rating if such a thing existsand this thread should be locked. Now I will feel horrible if this is not the case but the OP first attempted to dodge the fact that he first wrote a check then admitted to writing a bad check.

it wasn't a bad check like i said. The check was good and i use the same check i gave him to pay off for school books at school. The check that i wrote to him was from my Credit Card company which is consider promotional check. my bank would of call me if it was bad. but like i said it wasn't bad, luis told me that it was bad so i was like fine i will sent u a money order cause he ask me what are different options. Like i said The check were not bad check, i still use them now and i just pay off some of my school books with it. I m not admitting the check was bad and like i said if the check was bad he would of told me to cover for his lost and another thing is that he text me telling me he have mail out the sub at first then told me that it was mail back to his house then that he is going to mail it back. Why is he lying to me? Another thing is that why haven't he log back online, instead of having his buddies fight his battle?
