well when you get your unemployment appealed by a less than legally abiding business owner who finds it more important to fight previous employees (who happens to be a veteran of 2 foreign conflicts and has never been fired in 14 years of working) than manage his own failing shop....you have to be budget friendly just sayin....

Ah I hear ya bud. If it helps, I suggest you follow through with the appeal process. In my experience, as long as the (former) employee has their **** together, they almost always win

Time and time again it's been proven that other than German Castrol, Motul/Amsoil and mobil 1. Rotella T6 is a very good oil. I switched to it after using penz platinum, mobil 1, Castrol Syntec w/out edge, and Motul. My car was just as happy on the Motul as it is now w/ the T6, I'm also running an oversized Bosch filter.
Rotella T6 has been proven on many Subaur's w/ surprisingly good results

^^I second that, when I was picking out oil to use on my car, I had wanted T6, but it was very hard to find in my area. Then a few specials popped up on autozone, pepboys, and orielly and I picked up german castrol for about $20 for 5 quarts and have been using that for my oil changes ever since I've bought the car. Now I've finally run out/on my last oil change and will be looking for some good deals on T6..
I also got a blackstone analysis report on my german castrol, nothing but good stuff about german castrol coming back from the blackstone analysis

What are you running now?
I run it in my Subaru, Lexus and the Ducati, ran it in the VR6 Passat also. It works for me so far. I'll go 4,000 - 5,000 miles on it in the Subaru, I use the OEM black oil filter. It may contain stuff that isn't good for your catalytic converter in the long run, but my cat isn't stock anyway.
