The seats are terrible. Otherwise the car isn't that bad. I've yet to find a way to brace myself that isn't totally weird. The bolsters shouldn't be allowed to be called bolsters, they're that bad. Sure, the seats look good (even though they're a bit pretentious with the WRX sewn in) but they hold like crap. I wish there was a good airbagged alternative, but there isn't at the moment.
That said I've done front and rear sways and a host of bushings. Kartboy shifter as well. Cat-back exhaust. That's it right now. Brakes and more chassis stuff to come. The sways make a huge improvement.

- Whiteline 22mm Adj. Rear Swaybar
- Invidia DWG catted DP
- RA flaps
Should I balance it out by getting a front swaybar? What kind of bushings did you get, and was it a noticeable improvement?
Right now, I have a Cobb AP - STG1, factory STShifter.

Get Whiteline front and rear bars - both 22mm (call Mann Engineering, they stock them and are local). You're welcome to come check out my exhaust if you want. It's very, very nice (nicer than other stuff I've seen and not too loud).
Bushings...
enging/trans mounts
pitch stop rod
shifter bushings
rear diff mount bushings
rear subframe bushings (may not be available yet - I have the prototype set, but production should already be going)
The busings are all either Whiteline or Proflex (minus engine/trans - GpN Subaru). Again, call Gary at Mann Engineering. He stocks all the stuff.
I think that's all I've managed to get in the car so far, but there is a bunch of other stuff waiting on a shelf.
The bushings made big differences in making the car feel more solid and getting rid of the 'clunk' when you shift. Completely worth it.
I am not big on power mods. I tend to do as much chassis/brake work as I can before I ever do anything power related. The car has enough power, it just needs some mo' betta' handling.
Word.

I did all the work myself so whatever bushings I didn't get free/cheap is all it cost me. A few of the things have been prototype pieces to test fitment. I haven't really kept track of what I've spent beyond that. Sorry for not having a better answer to that.
The catback I have is a Milltek. They also offer a full turbo-back system with a very nice cat. Eventually I'll probably go that route, but for now just the catback is fine with me.
