Buying tickets on Craigslist..
need to get a pair of tickets for a sold out show at the Filmore, looks like a few people on Craigslist are selling them but everybody nowadays just has E tickets they print out from ticketmaster, is there anyway to make sure these tickets are legit? seems like you can just make as many printouts as you want, dont wat to get screwed

I recently sold some tickets on Craig's List, and I had the same concern -- how do I prove I haven't printed out like 50 copies of these? I made sure they guy I sold them to had my home phone number, my work phone number, etc. -- i.e. so he knew that he could find me if I'd ripped him off. So if you buy from someone, at least make sure you know where to find them!

Your best bet is to meet the guy at the Fillmore and have him make sure you get in. With printed tickets, the first scan of the barcode gets you in. If another person shows up after with the same barcode, the scan will fail and you can't get in.
I meet people at the venue all the time to exchange cash/tickets. I've never had a problem with a CL ticket seller. And usually they're going to the show too, so shouldn't be a problem for them to meet you there.
