burned by a Carrera GT on the dumbarten

Picked my car up from Carlsen's friday afternoon. Proud owner of a new clutch and syncros. Waiting at that last light before the bridge and I hear the roar of a downshifting car behind me, and Im like holy ****e. (1st time Ive seen one on the road) Doing bout 90ish at top of highrise with him still right behind me and he decided to open it up. Flew right by like I was doing 25. Could still hear his exhaust from hundreds of yards away.

If only I had 250k to drop on a ride.

It's hard to read sarcasm when you are reading something! That is why we have smilies! Learn to use them!

I'm not sure that qualifies as a race, the only time it would be a race is if it was like an Enzo and Carrera GT, or mucielago, otherwise it's just being passed.

I still haven't seen one on the road and probably won't for a while. Being that the car is a limited production vehicle and has a msrp of 440k, there shouldn't be that many around here.
