Building furniture/woodworking
Ok this is hella random, but I-club is the kind of place to ask this stuff haha.
I've got fair woodworking skills but don't know anything about wood finishing, and upholstry, two subjects I need to make furniture. Any tips and resources?
I'm moving to SOMA and planning to re-up my Techshop* membership for a month or so to build all my furniture!

I'm studying furniture design at Parsons in NY... I just started so my knowledge of finishing and upholstery is very basic. I may be able to help you out w some stuff, or if you have specific questions I can ask a prof for you. Let me know and I will do my best to help you!
