What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I started going to meets about a year ago, I felt welcomed and am now actually friends with many of the members that are involved in the local meets. If you stand there silently then yes, you may not be included as much as you'd like, but if you speak up you will be accepted. Welcome to life. You can't just wait for things to happen, gotta put some effort in.

Then I'm curious how it "went down." I'm at almost every meet and I feel we always welcome newcomers. I understand that not everyone wants to go inside to eat, but that doesn't mean they aren't included. But I don't really want to sit here and defend this to you.
