This is currently the smallest 5-megapixel camera. It also have 3x optical zoom. It is the size of maybe 15 credit cards stacked on top of each other.
www.dynamism.com sells it for $699 + s/h. It is not even available in US.

Should be english.
But it doesnt really matter, since once you plug it into USB, the camera will be recognized as a "drive" and you just drag and drop the pics.
Or you can use PC car, Memory stick or floppy disk adapter.
