FS - Canon Digital Rebel XT Digital SLR camera
Anyone want to buy a Canon Digital Rebel XT with kit lens 18-55mm - Rebel XT is new in box asking $825. I got the camera as a warranty replacement from Circuit City for my old original Digital Rebel. I had already bought a 20D and planned to sell the original Rebel when it came back from service.

I already have an offer that is better than the one you made that I am considering, and someone else that wants the camera at the price I listed today but has to check with his wife first.
Also, I already sold the 75-300mm lens separate from the camera/kit lens...

USM isnt a system, its the motor that drives the AF. Nikon and others make similar lenses with fast AF

and Nikon's fast AF isn't nearly as fast as Canon's - look at any sports event and count the number of white Canon lenses vs. black Nikon lenses

my brother loves Leicas; and my dad swears by Haselblad(sp?). And they both laugh at me for loving Canons. i have the 300D, but am giving to the wife as i am planing on a 20D or Nikon D2X(because it can take RAW and JPG simultaniously)
